The founder and promoter of Sri Salasar Balaji Group, Sri Dhiraj Kumar Khetan is an expert in textiles machinery cotton. He later started manufacturing & exporting the cotton bales & yarns to the global market.
The group engaged in export of raw cotton of all varieties that grow in India. The group is also a member of various textile associations which include Cotton Association AQSIQ, Texprocil with RCMC & FIEO.

Under the leadership of Mr.Dhiraj Kumar Khetan and team, Salasar Balaji group has been succeeding and achieving every milestone targeted. The company was pioneer in initiating export of cotton bales and cotton yarn from India to various countries world-wide.
Today, the company is engaged in various range of textile products such as weaving and knitting yarn, carded compact, combed compact and carded warp yarn.
Sri Dhiraj Kumar Khetan, joined the business at a very young- immediately after completing his MBA. He was appointed as the Director/ Managing Director of the various companies of the group in 1995.
Mr. Dhiraj Kumar Khetan has rich experience of more than two decades and is competent in his business dealings especially procurement of Plant and machinery, raw material and other assets. With a rich experience in sales promotion of 100% Raw Cotton Fibre, he has successfully gained more goodwill for Salasar products in the domestic as well as in export markets. In the marketing field since two decades now, he has received many prestigious awards from various government organizations for excellent export performance.
With rich experience of managing textile companies and understanding market dynamics, he has undertaken various expansion projects of the textile sector and has also diversified towards dairies. Being a Director/ Managing Director of Sri Salasar Balaji Group, responsibilities bestowed upon him, enabled him to accept challenges and take decisions in critical scenarios. The textile industry has complex dimensions because of seasonal exposure and hence it requires to be out-manoeuvred by efficient planning.

Miss. Shreeya Khetan, daughter of Sri Dhiraj Kumar Khetan, has been learning the ropes of textile industry under the guidance of her father and been contributing to Sri Salasar Balaji Group of Companies as a Director for the past 6 years.
She has a strong working experience in Project and Program Management. She has a good financial acumen, very approachable and cheerful personality.
Operations and Plant management is taken care by Shreeya. She plays a major role in planning new projects and see them through their implementation and expansion. All the logistics and new product development is also taken care by her.
